The CDX-III multifunctional magnetic particle flaw detector is a small and portable non-destructive testing instrument designed based on the principle of magnetic field magnetization of workpieces. It has the characteristics of clear crack display, stable performance, and easy operation for the tested workpiece. The instrument uses a coil directly wound around the probe to generate an induced magnetic field to magnetize the workpiece. The device has a small size and light weight. Suitable for non-destructive testing of flat welds, fillet welds, steel pipes, pressure vessels, pipelines, shafts, and shaped parts.

Main structural features

The accessory power cable is a three core cable, with one end inserted into the probe through a circular three core aviation plug, and the other end connected to a 220V socket on the distribution board through a single-phase three core plug.

The matching probe is made of materials, and after passing inspection, it is connected together with epoxy resin adhesive to achieve both sealing and insulation, and is not easily damaged. The operation is also comfortable. The probe has movable components that can be used by users on specific workpieces or flat magnetic yokes. The specific shape of the probe to be used depends on the shape of the magnetized workpiece.
